THine Electronics, Inc. THine's new redriver, THCE20RD2U11, allows USB4 ACCs to transmit data up to approximately 250 centimeters, three times longer than USB standard's specified length for 80 centimeters. In addition to the transmitting length, THCE20RD2U11 has almost half area size of existing similar redriver products.
USB4 enables to transmit data reciprocally at the maximum speed of 40 Gpbs, or 40 giga-bit-per-second, 8 times faster than currently penetrated USB3.2Gen1 (SuperSpeed USB) and to supply power of 240W*. Users of computers and peripheral equipment with USB4 can use them simply and consolidatedly. In case that 80-centimeter data transmission is inconvenient, ACCs with THine's new redrivers contribute to give USB4 use cases significant flexibility.
THine also develops a USB4 transceiver for active optical cables (AOCs) and continuously contributes to computer users' experiences and use cases, including remote working, metaverse experiences, etc.
