Kibo's Latest Product Updates Help Companies Unlock the Freedom of Flexibility

Kibo continues to make smart investments in composable commerce with recent product updates, strategic partnerships, and client go-lives.

DALLAS, March 23, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kibo, a leading composable digital commerce platform, today announced product updates, strategic partnerships, and recent client go-lives from Q1, 2023. Kibo's continued focus on composable solutions provides retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers the freedom of flexibility required to succeed in today's competitive market.

"Companies used to have to choose between business-friendly commerce functionality and developer agility. With Kibo, our clients have both," said Ram Venkataraman, CEO, Kibo. "We enable our clients to take ownership of their commerce platform without having to build it from scratch. The depth of our out-of-the-box capabilities coupled with the extensibility of the platform allows technical users to focus on delivering differentiated experiences."

Product Updates
Kibo recently announced two new product updates, including Extensible Order Routing and Substitutions. Extensible Order Routing gives business users the autonomy to extend custom attributes without needing IT or vendor help and the flexibility to align order routing with their unique organizational goals and supply chain operations. Substitutions gives companies the ability to substitute one product for another during the fulfillment process.

"We're excited to continue rolling out updates across our Order Management, eCommerce, and Subscription solutions throughout 2023 that give technical users the freedom of flexibility and business users the freedom to build exceptional customer experiences," said Vinesh Vis, Chief Revenue Officer at Kibo.
Client Go-Lives

"Kibo measures its success based on its clients' successes," said Blake Billings, Director of Client Success at Kibo. "We strive to provide our clients with composable solutions that help them accelerate growth and digitally transform to meet and exceed their customers' expectations."

Some of Kibo's client go-lives in Q1 of 2023 include:

Strategic Partnerships
Kibo and Builder.io, the most intuitive composable commerce combo, have partnered to provide a seamless integration and unified frontend commerce experience. Kibo clients can find the prebuilt integration in the Builder.io marketplace or through their Kibo account manager. The visual CMS allows users to easily create and maintain content using a combination of a visual editor, headless CMS, and an optimization layer.

Kibo continues to invest in its strategic partnerships through a series of co-marketing efforts, including a video series with Ignitiv and PeakActivity and in-depth how-to guides with Cognizant and Wipro.

Kibo Opens Center of Excellence in India
Earlier this year, Kibo opened a Center of Excellence in India to expand its Product & Engineering team with plans to scale up Support and DevOps teams. This strategic move allows Kibo to deepen its skillset to better serve its clients and accelerate innovation.
