A special resolution approving the change of the Corporation's name from "Labrador Uranium Inc." to "Latitude Uranium Inc." was also passed which is expected to be effected following and conditional upon closing of the previously announced transaction (the "Arrangement") involving the Company and ValOre Metals Corp.
