Salt's talented team of experienced culinary experts includes Innisfree Hotels' Corporate Food and Beverage Director Manuel Rodriguez, who credits his coastal upbringing as inspiration for the way Salt merges Mediterranean flavors with local ingredients from the Gulf. Along with Italian-trained chef Humberto Mendez and a highly skilled kitchen crew, Salt is crafting dishes that have already been delighting diners, like:

• Traditional Mediterranean dips like hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki, and "crazy feta" are stone oven baked with fresh garlic and served with grilled pita and extra virgin olive oil.
• Crab cake appetizer with authentic Chesapeake blue crab, remoulade sauce, and a touch of beurre blanc.
• Signature Salt burger hand-crafted from 1855 Black Angus beef, known for its unparalleled quality and flavor.
